We are a community development social organization working in rural communities in Haiti.

Action Et Transformation is a social organization for community development. It works alongside grassroots community organizations (CBOs) and other social entities seeking the path to development. Through its vision, it expects to see significant changes in the groups and associations of the communities it serves. To achieve this, it targets vulnerable families, children, young people, and women living in extreme poverty. She believes that by bringing together the combined efforts of all these different actors, we can create a natural synergy that will produce a better tomorrow for all those who are strongly committed to the path of change and development.
